  • W-2s for the last 2 years
  • Federal tax returns for the last 2 years (if requested)

Income (Self-Employed)

  • Federal tax returns for the last 2 years (personal & business)
  • Or: 12–24 months of bank statements (bank-statement programs)
  • Year-to-date profit & loss statement

Assets

  • Last 2 months of bank statements (all pages)
  • Retirement / investment statements if using for reserves or down payment
  • Gift letter, if any part of your down payment is a gift

If Applicable

  • VA: Certificate of Eligibility (Alex can help you pull this)
  • Current landlord contact or mortgage statement
